Abstract
Relates to the Water industry (schemes for adoption of private sewers) regulations 2011. SI 2011/1566, which introduces provisions under the Water Industry Act 1991 for statutory sewerage undertakers to take ownership of private sewerage assets connected to the public sewerage system.
