Abstract
Related to the Marine and coastal access act 2009 (amendment) regulations 2011. SI 2011/405, which ensures that the Government can continue to issue permits for the disposal of dredged material by harbour authorities by amending Section 75 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009.
