Abstract
Relates to a two-bedroom late 1950s bungalow constructed with a traditional pitched roof where the conversion of the existing roof/loft space was planned, creating a habitable room by modification within the existing roof void and provision of a stair to access the newly created habitable space. Use of 25mm multi-foil insulation to insulate the roof at rafter level to maximise the usable space is intended.
