Abstract

Relates to SI 2010/2184 and SI 2010/2185 which consolidate the Town and country planning (general development procedure) order 1995 (SI 1995/419) and instruments which have amended that order, in relation to England. They also make amendments to the provisions as to applications to replace an extant planning permission.

Prepared by the Department for Communities and Local Government. No longer applicable with regard to SI 2010/2184 as it has been revoked by SI 2015/595.
