Abstract
Provides guidance on methods to be used when obtaining microbial samples from the air in occupied spaces and from the inside surfaces of ducts. Also indicates the levels of microbial contamination which are likely to be found on uncleaned and cleaned duct surfaces. Draws on a body of expert opinion to assist building managers in interpreting the results of sampling.
