Abstract
Relates to the Ecclesiastical exemption (listed buildings and conservation areas) (England) order 2010. SI 2010/1176, which revokes SI 1994/1771 with respect to England only and provides further exemptions for certain ecclesiastical buildings and to impose restrictions in respect of other ecclesiastical buildings.
