Abstract
Relates to SSI 2010/27, which aims to enable more microgeneration equipment to be installed at or on existing domestic buildings without the need to apply for planning permission, granting permitted development rights to the following classes of development: free-standing domestic micro wind turbines and airsource heat pumps.
