Abstract
Looks at Grover Close in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire by Buschow Henley. Grover Close consists of 56 flats in four blocks on the edge of Hemel Hempstead's old town. The blocks are arranged on site in a chequerboard pattern creating forecourts and rear garden spaces and interiors are modest but spacious with stairwells being illuminated by skylights.
