Abstract
Sets out proposals for local authorities and their delivery team partners on how the £60million announced to support locations identified with the potential for an eco-town published in the PPS on 16 July 2009 over the 2009-11 period might be allocated. It also includes guidance on the preparation of an Eco-town Programme of Development to support bids for funding.
