Abstract
Relates to the to the Conservation (natural habitats, etc.) (amendment) (England and Wales) regulations 2009. SI 2009/6, which amend, in relation to England and Wales, the Conservation (natural habitats, etc.) regulations 1994, which make provision implementing Council Directive 92/43/EEC on the conservation of natural habitats and of wild flora and fauna (i.e. the Habitats Directive).
