Abstract

Appeal against a borough council's refusal to dispense with requirement K1 of the Building Regulations 2000 in respect of a proposed spiral stair providing access to the converted roof space of a two storey, two bedroom terraced house on the grounds that it did not allow for safe passage of people between the two floors.
