Abstract

Determination of compliance with part B1 of the Building Regulations 2000. Relates to a detached two storey, four bedroom house with a plan area of 80m². The proposed building work involves the conversion of the roof space to form a further bedroom with en suite shower room with a total floor area of 40m². Access to the new second floor would be by a softwood stair sited above the existing stairway.
