Abstract
Presents a strategic plan for delivering regeneration in the Thames Gateway, providing a framework for making the best use of public investment, local ownership, big project expertise and private sector entrepreneurship. Also announces the details of a spending programme from 2008-2011 to accelerate regeneration in the Thames Gateway, while showing where resources are needed longer term.
