Abstract
Provides basic qualitative and descriptive information characterising potential terrorist threats: the effects of terrorist-caused explosions or releases of chemical, biological, and radiological (CBR) agents, and measures that can be taken to limit and mitigate their impacts on buildings and their occupants.
