Companion to HC 345-I, which deals with issues concerning British Waterways (BW) with regard to improvements to BW's network over the past decade; impact of recent grant reductions; funding levels; changes to BW's financial and regulatory framework; BW's commercial activities; potential for growth in leisure and freight use of the waterways network; relationship of BW with its users and with Government; and BW's partnership working.
