Abstract
Focuses on reporting requirements relating to energy efficiency changes in buildings, greenhouse gas emissions from buildings, facilities for buildings to generate energy, recycled and reused materials, and the number of dwellings in England and Wales, as specified by the Sustainable and Secure Buildings Acts. Proposes KPIs to provide initial benchmarks for the building stock in England and Wales which can then be used to measure changes in performance during each two-year period.
