Abstract

Part L 2006 requires that building owners are provided with summary information about a new or refurbished building, its building services and their maintenance requirements in a building log book. This document explains what sort of information the log book should contain.

Publisher History

The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers received its Royal Charter in 1976. They promote careers of building services engineers by accrediting courses of study in further and higher education, and by approving work based training programmes.
