Abstract
The key purposes of this assessment study is to: undertake a comprehensive review of local transport strategies; examines progress made since the audit of interim strategies; highlight good practice; highlight areas for improvement or additional guidance; assess individual transport strategies; review the quality and effectiveness of RTRA reports; and assess the overall impact of RTRA targets on national traffic trends.
