Abstract

Investigates the contribution of conversion, demolition and redevelopment of housing on housing supply. Examines the process driving conversion, demolition and redevelopment activity, and to provide an indication of future rates of activity. Covers the conversion of non-residential buildings to dwellings (including Living Over the Shop or LOTS schemes), subdivision of houses to flats or HMOs, and the demolition and redevelopment of housing.
