Abstract
Aims to give an understanding of the existing size, nature and state of the art of the activity surrounding reclamation, re-use and recycling. The report discusses how to maximise the value of materials for maximum periods. It also looks at ways of creating conditions which would increase the amount of reclamation and re-use from an existing 1% to a target figure of about 5% of building materials.
