Abstract

The aim of the study was to examine a representative sample (by region and development type) of local authority decisions, to undertake some detailed case studies and find ideas for reasonable monitoring to enable further work on the effectiveness of PPG13. The study was intended to examine how local authorities were interpreting PPG13 rather than its effects on travel patterns.
