Made - 20th April 2002. Laid before Parliament - 23rd April 2002. Coming into force - 15th May 2002. These 2002 Regulations continue to apply, as if they had not been revoked, to PPE placed on the market before 21/04/2019. Will be revoked by SI 2018/390 after 21/04/2018.
