Technical Note
Demonstrates the design and construction details necessary to achieve specified building envelope airtightness performance criteria. The objectives of the research were to follow the design and construction process and advise on modifications necessary to achieve the target specifications. For this study, two buildings were chosen with quite different end uses and airtightness specifications.
