Abstract
Feedback is needed on good design which works well, so it can be repeated, just as much as feedback on design errors and deficiencies so that they can be avoided in the future. This paper shows how feedback can provide a systematic way of learning effectively from past experience, and how a system of feedback can be successfully implemented.
