Abstract
Argues that the partnership approach in construction can stifle innovation. Describes the design and project management of the prefabricated precast concrete elements for the facades. Looks at other projects where cladding contractors installing glass curtain walling, structural glazing, rainscreen or metal panel cladding worked in partnership with architects, including Sadlers Wells theatre, London, Architects: RHWL.
