The latest Stockley Park office building, 3 The Square, is as attractive as the development's earlier buildings, while responding to current concerns about low energy use and improved working environments. Even though the building is fully air-conditioned, a system to allow natural ventilation via a wind-assisted stack effect has been incorporated. Includes a cost analysis and working details of the glass envelope that surrounds the office building.
