Abstract

Reviews average and 'good practice' energy use and costs per square metre of floor area for four different types of office building. Analyses of energy consumptions by various end uses are also provided for typical and good practice buildings. The paper will be of particular interest to building and energy managers in owner occupier and head tenant organisations which manage entire office buildings and pay energy costs directly.
