Abstract
The nature of the failures discovered during an analysis of 100 investigations by the BRE Advisory Service over the last 10 years of failures of adhesive bonds made on site, which mostly related to flooring, ceramic tiles to internal walls and flat roofs. Gives general advice to designers, specifiers and site supervisors on how to avoid these failures.
