Abstract

Relates to SI 2025/694, which amends the Planning Act 2008 to return onshore wind generating stations of over 100MW generating capacity to the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) regime in England. Also increases the allowed capacity threshold for solar energy projects from 50MW to 100MW under the NSIPs regime.
