Abstract

The Project Bank Account Documentation (PBA) comprises the Project Bank Account Agreement, the form of Joining Agreement, and the Enabling Provisions, facilitating the establishment and operation of a project bank account. It is designed for use alongside standard JCT main contracts and their associated JCT sub-contract forms, including the JCT Standard Building Contract (SBC), JCT Intermediate Building Contract (IC), JCT Intermediate Building Contract with contractor’s design (ICD), and JCT Design and Build Contract (DB).
