Abstract

CPR 2024 harmonises the EU rules for marketing of construction products, facilitates the adoption of new standards and empowers the Commission to adopt common specifications, sets out the obligations of manufacturers, importers and other economic operators, and strengthens market surveillance and consumer protection.
