JCT Prime Cost Building Contract (PCC)
Abstract
Useful for projects needing early start on site, with design by or on behalf of the employer, but without fully prepared design information before the works commence; and where detailed contract provisions are necessary. Also applicable where the employer is to provide a specification describing and showing the work, which is to be administered by a contract administrator and quantity surveyor.
