Presents the Phase 2 report from the Grenfell Tower Inquiry. The 7 volumes provide an update on circumstances since the Phase 1 reports were published, and then relate to: the series of events leading to the disaster (Volume 1); product testing and marketing (Volume 2); the Tenant Management Organisation and management of fire safety at Grenfell Tower (Volume 3); Grenfell Tower refurbishment (Volume 4); replacing the gas riser and the London Fire Brigade (Volume 5); the deceased and expert evidence (Volume 6); and the final part of the report covers the response and recovery operations, outstanding matters from the Phase 1 of the inquiry, the fire testing regime and assessing fire performance of external walls, information from other countries and the recommendations (Volume 7). The appendices provide a glossary, the terms of reference and the inquiry team.

The Inquiry was established by the Prime Minister to investigate the circumstances leading up to and surrounding the Grenfell Tower fire on 14 June 2017. Chaired by Sir Martin Moore-Bick, the terms of reference were set following public consultation. The list of issues have been separated into two phases: Phase 1 looks at the factual narrative of the events on 14/06/2017, with the hearings taking place between 21/05/2018-12/12/2018 and a final report issued October 2019. Phase 2 covers the remaining issues, with the hearings starting early 2020 and a final report to be subsequently published.
