Provides additional information relating to the Fire Safety Act 2021 (Chapter 24), clarifying the parts of premises that fall within the remit of SI 2005/1541, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (also known as the Fire Safety Order (FSO)). The addendum highlights the responsibilities of the Responsible Person.
