Abstract

Provides functional requirements for drain and sewer systems outside buildings, operating under gravity, from the point where wastewater leaves a building, roof drainage system, or paved area, to where it is discharged into a wastewater treatment plant or receiving water. Also applies to drains and sewers below buildings if they do not form part of the drainage system for the building.

Supersedes BS EN 752:2008. The UK committee has provided application information for the UK in the National Annex NA.
