Abstract
Measures which were necessary due to the Covid-19 pandemic led to a reduction in supply of raw materials, including materials used in construction, for example steel, timber and electronic components. Discusses the management of delays due to material supply issues for existing and future contracts and management of impact of volatile material prices for existing and future construction works and maintenance contracts.
