Abstract
Provides further clarification to building control bodies regarding implementing and compliance with the nearly zero energy building requirement in Regulation 25B of the Building Regulations 2010 for new public buildings. It is applicable to buildings and building work in England, excluding buildings owned and occupied by public authorities.
