Abstract
Relates to SI 2020/1459, which amends Class A and Class AA of Part 20 of Schedule 2 to the General Permitted Development Order to require confirmation that the external wall construction of an existing building, which are 18 metres or more in height, meets building regulations in respect of fire safety, before extending upwards.
