Department of Finance was formed from the merger of several others including Department of Finance and Personnel for Northern Ireland. The Department of Finance (DOF) is one of nine Northern Ireland departments, responsible for assisting the Northern Ireland Executive use resources and services for the benefit of the community appropriately and effectively.
