Abstract
Discusses the conclusions and recommendations of the Independent review of Building Regulations and fire safety carried out by Dame Judith Hackitt, considering the specific and immediate changes needed to improve the safety of residential tower blocks to ensure the Grenfell Tower disaster does not happen again. Also looks at how any improvements could be applied more widely within the construction industry.
