Abstract

Presents the findings of a working group examining solutions for providing and improving the electrical safety in the private sector. The group concluded that there is a need for legislation to drive this forward, with enabling powers being granted in the Housing and planning act 2016 and a 5 year inspection and testing regime being introduced.
