The National structural steelwork specification (NSSS) enables design and execution of structural steelwork to British and adopted European Standards, covering information required and provided by the steelwork contractor, materials, workmanship, protective treatments and quality management. NSSS can be used for all types of building construction designed for static loading, including structural frames, decking, cladding, purlins, stairs, balconies and handrails/balustrades. Updated to cover BIM requirements.
