Abstract
Aims to raise the knowledge and understanding of the risks of overheating in residential homes. The standardised methodology can improve designs, ensuring overheating assessments are taken into consideration at the earliest stage using dynamic thermal modelling. Covering: identifying the risk; design comfort criteria; guidance for assessments and compliance criteria; and internal gains profiles based on occupancy, equipment and lighting.
