Abstract
Concerns the new town hall building in the city of Deinze in Flanders, France. The project was part of the city's regeneration and therefore needed to promote sustainability, urban renewal and urban planning. The building had to be easily accessible with a logical and flexible layout. Areas covered include building appraisal, public space architect's view and working detail. Architect: Tony Fretton Architects.
