Sector Schemes for Quality Management in Highway Works

Abstract

Contains requirements for quality management systems to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for organisations supplying, installing, repairing, maintaining and modifying new vehicle restraint systems (parapet) for bridges, retaining walls and other highway structures. Can be applied existing parapets. The parapets form vehicle restraint systems (or parts of a vehicle restraint system), which may include additional protection and restraint for pedestrians and other road users.
