Abstract
Intended to be used where the employer wishes to appoint a contractor for a lump sum on the basis that the contractor will be responsible for the completion of the design and the production of all further design and/or production information that he requires.
History
Current edition: DB/G 2024. Previous editions: DB/G 2016, DB/G 2011. JCT 2016 has now been withdrawn following the successful release of the JCT 2024 edition of contracts, 17 April 2024.
