Abstract

Provides the environmental performance standard that can be used to assess new infrastructure assets to achieve a BREEAM New Construction Infrastructure (pilot) rating.

Superseded by version 2.1, issued February 2016. Technical Manual SD219: 2.0:2015 - Pilot. The Scheme Document and the information detailed within is intended for use by trained, qualified and licensed BREEAM infrastructure assessors in accordance with BREEAM procedural and operational requirements (as described in the BREEAM operations manual SD5070) the terms and conditions of a BREEAM Infrastructure licence. This document should be used by non-BREEAM infrastructure assessors for reference purposes only.
