Abstract
Carries out an impact assessment on the Town and country planning (fees for applications, deemed applications, requests and site visits) (England) (amendment) (no.2) regulations 2014 (SI 2014/2026) looking at the options, costs and benefits of implementing the legislation. SI 2014/2026 introduces a fee of £172 to be charged by a local planning authority for a new type of planning application which combines approval for a change of use with approval for building works.
