Abstract
Relates to SI 2014/880, which makes amendments to the Energy Performance of Buildings (England and Wales) Regulations 2012 to: set new fees for entering data onto the register, allow the keeper of the register to disclose general access or bulk access data from the register to relevant others, introduce an enforcement mechanism not previously available, and correct drafting errors.
