Abstract
Introduces the amendments to SI 2010/2214 to transpose articles 2, 6, 7, 9 and 11 of Directive 2010/31/EU, to increase the list of regulations that cannot be dispensed with or relaxed, to remove the floor area qualification and to include additional authorised scheme operator bodies to the list in Schedule 3.
